1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvSell ("the Platform"), operated by ARKi Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

InvSell is a B2B marketplace platform that facilitates the buying and selling of surplus, refurbished, and new business equipment across sectors including IT, Electrical, Industrial, Office Assets, and Automotive. InvSell acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business entity to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
• InvSell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Seller Obligations

• Sellers must ensure all product listings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Sellers must have lawful ownership or right to sell the listed products.
• Sellers must fulfil orders placed and accepted through the Platform in a timely manner.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST regulations.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate pricing, condition grading, and product descriptions.

5. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
• Buyers must complete payment obligations for accepted orders.
• Buyers agree to inspect products upon delivery and raise disputes within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Trade Guarantee

InvSell's Trade Guarantee service provides an additional layer of transaction protection. By using Trade Guarantee:

• A 1% fee is charged on the total order value.
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
• InvSell will mediate disputes but final resolution is subject to evidence provided by both parties.
• InvSell is not liable for any losses beyond the Trade Guarantee fee collected.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained products.
• Misrepresenting product condition, specifications, or ownership.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Scraping or data-mining the Platform without written consent.
• Posting spam, fake reviews, or misleading information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, text, design, and software is the property of ARKi Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

InvSell provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. InvSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, transactions between users, or any third-party actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

InvSell reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
